ENTRY LEVEL APPLICATION SPECIALIST to work in our EDI Department.

This position will assist in the support, implementation and development of EDI software. Knowledge of physician electronic claims transmission preferred but not required.

ENTRY-LEVEL Position. Ideal for a recent graduate or senior who is seeking experience supporting customer databases and EDI.
Full time position with benefits.
Initially there is NO travel planned for this position... Hours should be 8-5
No extensive programming skill or networking knowledge required. Just need to have (or almost have) a computer related degree and be ready to work - will be working with 2-3 other senior level employees who will show you what to do.
Job involves identifying and resolving customer issues related to software configuration, EDI transactions, SQL, and data problems - this job is a customer support position.
Skills required - All customer systems are Windows based - so applicant should have a good knowledge of Windows and PCs.... May do some programming in DELPHI (Pascal), Visual Basic, and some Microsoft SQL queries. This position WILL NOT involve working with Operating Systems, Servers, Networks, or other Hardware.
Will be working for a GROWING - STABLE local company with over 200 customer sites throughout the United States.
