TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST
Duties and Responsibilities
B. S. in Information Technology or equivalent, or two years experience in International Transportation. Working knowledge of client server
technology required. Must be proficient in all MS Windows platforms and TCP/IP inter-networking protocols. Must be able to troubleshoot and
repair IT related hardware including PCs, servers, network devices, security devices and related peripheral equipment. Must be able to lift and
carry up to 50 lbs. Must be able to multi-task.
