Two Postitions Available

I have 2 new positions open for a System Administrator I. One will be working with Linux and Solaris and one will be working more with Windows Servers. Both will be doing some application management. The perfect candidate would have some experience in building systems, installing operating systems, and a good understanding of systems management in a large environment. Specifically, they should understand how to research and correct issues with hardware, software, and 3rd party applications. Experience working in a strong UNIX environment is a plus. The candidate should know how to program in C, Perl, and PHP. The candidate should have a good knowledge of at least one distribution of Linux, and all current versions of Windows. The candidate will be responsible for testing and installing operating systems and applications, testing and installing patches related to the hardware, operating systems, and applications, and performing routine backups.
