Internships and Job Opportunities

The Office of the Secretary of State of Georgia is once again pleased to announce several internship opportunities available for the fall semester.

Our program is designed to provide students with professional experience before they enter the working world, as well as demonstrate to them the importance of public service. Each intern works closely with Secretary of State staff, and we attempt to place students in departments that are of interest to them.

Each applicant must submit a completed application and resume, as well as participate in an interview with Secretary of State staff members. Our internships are open to juniors, seniors, and graduate students. The students must be currently enrolled in a Georgia university or accredited law school, or be a Georgia resident. Applicants should have an overall grade point average of 2.75 or higher.
